Where your week is costing you clients
A free 60-minute working session on the follow-through that quietly loses clients, and how to catch it.
I lost a client I had already won. Great call, obvious fit. I said I would send the proposal by Friday. Then the week happened, and by the time I circled back, the moment had cooled. I did not lose them to a competitor. I lost them to my own calendar.
That is not a work problem. It is a follow-through problem, and it happens every week to people who are excellent at their jobs. This session is about the four places it happens, and what to do about them.
What you will leave able to do
See exactly where your own week is costing you clients, and know what to do about it Monday.
What we cover
- The four slips. The exact places a good business loses clients in a normal week, and how to recognize them.
- What AI is really doing, in plain English. What happens when it drafts an email, and the one rule that keeps it working for you instead of against you.
- Find it live. The three questions I use to find where a business is losing clients. You answer them for your own business.
- What good looks like. A morning brief that reads your calendar, flags what is slipping, and drafts the next steps, requiring your approval before anything goes out.
Thursday, July 16. 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET. Live on Zoom. 60 minutes. Free.
RegisterWhat an Operator Seminar is, and what it is not
What it is
- 60 minutes, monthly, third Thursday at 11 AM Pacific
- One methodology teach, deeper than the corresponding Operator Notes post
- 15 minutes of live Q&A from the audience
- Recording available to registrants only, 7-day expiration
- Free, registration required
What it is not
- A webinar with vendor pitches
- A product demo of EAW or any module
- A networking event
- A general-audience marketing session
- A pre-sales call disguised as content
Each seminar covers one piece of the Executive AI Workflow methodology: data-handling rules, output verification, counsel review, tier-fit diagnostics. The teach is the methodology, not the product. If the methodology resonates and you want to talk about an install, the discovery call is a separate conversation that you book at the bottom of the seminar. Most attendees will not book one. That is the design.
