Purchases and engagements

Kizata.ai offers a family of productized engagements: the Executive AI Workflow install (Foundation, Executive, Portfolio tiers), the Pipeline Operator module and other modules, and the Governance product line (AI Stack Audit, Strategy + Governance Bundle, Governance Sprint, Fractional CAIO Retainer). Specific install and retainer pricing is quoted at the discovery call and confirmed in a written engagement agreement before any work begins.

Each engagement is governed by a master services agreement with the specific scope, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms set out in a signed statement of work. Refund and cancellation terms vary by engagement type and are detailed in the engagement agreement, not in these general site Terms.

If you have a question about a charge, email kirk@kizata.com before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve the issue directly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kizata LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of any changes.
