Content and materials

All content on Kizata.ai is owned by Kizata LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute materials without permission.

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, security, or compliance advice.

Purchases and refunds

Kizata.ai accepts payment for two productized offers: the 14-day AI Receptionist Pilot ($497) and the AI Stack Audit ($1,500). Payment is collected by Stripe before service begins.

The Pilot: 14 days of live AI Receptionist service. You may cancel at Day 14 with no further obligation. Call data and the Day-13 Missed-Call Recovery Report remain yours. The Pilot fee is non-refundable once setup begins.

The Audit: 10 business days of vendor-neutral AI tool inventory and exposure assessment. The fee is non-refundable once the engagement begins. If you engage the Strategy + Governance Bundle within 90 days of audit delivery, the $1,500 audit fee credits against the $5,000 Bundle price.

If you have a question about a charge, email kirk@kizata.com before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve the issue directly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kizata LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of any changes.
