These exclusions are deliberate. Outbound AI cold-calling is a class-action target under TCPA. The “X qualified leads per month” guarantees common in the category carry delivery risk we will not take on. CSR replacement compresses margin and degrades caller experience. Our category is inbound recovery, and we are good at it.
