Each risk includes a decision list: what to do, who owns it, and what changes if you do not.

What it's not

What comes after
The Bundle opens the work. It does not commit you to it.
Most engagements close at the Bundle. The governance memo and action plan are what the leadership team needs to act on, and many businesses do exactly that, internally, on their own cadence.
